You are the woman with the Not Enough wound. And you are also likely the woman who has spent her whole life feeling like she is too much.
In business, you probably have too many ideas. Too many directions. Too many versions of what things could be. The world keeps asking you to narrow down, and every time it does, something in you resists. You see, to you, narrowing feels like losing. Like leaving parts of yourself behind that deserve to exist.
So here is what has actually been happening underneath all of this.
The Not Enough wound does not always show up as shrinking. Sometimes, it does. However, for you, my shining star, it shows up as expansion. Because if you could show enough of yourself - all of yourself, every facet, every gift, every direction at once - maybe that would finally be enough to silence the voice that has been whispering otherwise.
Too much was always a response to the not enough.

You see what others cannot. Trends, needs, possibilities, you feel them forming before they are visible to anyone else. You are genuinely ahead. Not catching up. Ahead.
Your mind moves in multiple dimensions simultaneously. The connections you make between things that appear completely unrelated -that is visionary intelligence. And it is extraordinarily rare.

What Has Really Been Running Your Business

The wound creates the scatter. The scatter prevents building. The lack of building confirms the wound. Round and round. Year after year. Never quite arriving.

The Comparison Trap
You are comparing your behind-the-scenes to everyone else's highlight reel. You are measuring your scattered, still-figuring-it-out, mid-process self against someone else's finished, polished, already-landed expression. And then you are using that comparison as evidence that they have something you don't. They don't have something you don't. They made a choice. One committed direction. And then they built from there.
The Freeze And The Fog
I know sometimes you pull back. You go quiet. You tell yourself you need space or more time or more clarity. And sometimes that is true. But often what is actually happening is that when you cannot see a path forward, your nervous system experiences powerlessness. Powerlessness produces freeze. The body will not move consistently toward what it cannot see. Please slow down and check in. This is the time to seek support.
The Identity Question
You are genuinely- sometimes exhaustingly- multipassionate. And the wound has convinced you that stepping into one direction means abandoning all the others. That committing to one message means losing parts of yourself the world will never get to see.
Here is what that wound has been keeping you from understanding. Any direction you choose, you bring your whole self. Every gift you carry comes with you. Every dimension of who you are layers into the experience you deliver over time. You do not choose between your gifts. You choose a direction and trust your gifts to find their way in.

You will never win the comparison game. But we can spiritually hijack it right now. All you have to do is feel what I am about to say-so deeply and with an open heart. When you feel jealous and not enough in comparison to others, you are only experiencing your own potential, the very one you have been too afraid to claim. Jealousy is shining a light on what you possess but deny. So, happily watch out for it. And then give a nod to the universe when something in your path triggers it. You are being asked to awaken and believe in what is possible for you.
You live predominantly in your head. And your head is an extraordinary place -creative, generative, visionary, alive with possibility. But without a significant connection to your body and your heart wisdom (your intuition), all of that mental energy has nowhere to ground. It circulates. It amplifies. It generates more ideas, which generate more possibilities, which generate more directions until the whole system overloads and the freeze sets in.
The information you need to move forward isn't in your head. It is available in your heart. In your felt sense. In the quiet knowing that lives beneath the noise of your thinking mind. It’s time to drop into your heart and release emotion that has been held in the body. You must learn to access your intuition as a navigation tool rather than your mind as the sole decision-making authority. These are not soft suggestions. They are your most direct route out of freeze and into flow. Your goal is to align with an action step that feels right. Then, you can begin to build a vision and a plan that lights you up.
